Questions People Usually Ask

We've been doing this long enough to know what's on your mind. Here's the straight-up answers.

For real - no contracts, no cancellation fees. We figure if you're not feeling it, you shouldn't be stuck paying for it. Just give us 30 days notice and we're good. That's how we've always done it and probably always will.

Nah, everyone starts somewhere. We've got intro classes specifically for folks who are new to this stuff. Plus, everyone here's too focused on their own workout to worry about what you're doing. First couple weeks might feel awkward but that's totally normal - stick with it and you'll be fine.

Yeah, life happens. You can freeze for up to 3 months per year - vacation, work travel, injuries, whatever. Just let us know at least a week ahead. There's a $15 admin fee to cover the paperwork but that beats paying full price when you're not using it.

For regular training - just bring workout clothes and shoes (ones you can move in, not running shoes). We've got all the equipment. If you're doing combat sports, you'll eventually want your own gloves and wraps for hygiene reasons, but we have loaners to start with. We sell gear here too if you want, but no pressure.

Rush times are 5-7pm on weekdays - that's just reality everywhere. Mornings (6-9am) and lunch (11am-1pm) are way more chill. Classes are capped at 15 people so it never feels packed. Open gym times you might have to share a rack during peak hours but we've got enough stuff that it's rarely an issue.

We've got members from 16 to mid-60s. Most folks are probably 25-45 but honestly it's a pretty mixed bag. Youth classes start at 12. The vibe's more about effort than age - if you're putting in work, nobody cares how old you are.

Yep, changes take effect the next billing cycle. Going up is immediate if you want, going down just needs to wait till your current month's done. Some people start with Foundation to test things out then bump up when they're hooked. Others go Elite for a training block then scale back. Whatever works for you.

We've got our own lot with about 30 spots - members only. Never had anyone not find a spot, even during peak times. There's also street parking around if you're running late and the lot looks full. Plus we're right off the bike path if that's your thing.

Still on the fence? Just come in.

Tour the gym, watch a class, talk to some members. Way better than overthinking it online. We're here Monday through Saturday, 6am-10pm. Sunday 8am-6pm.
