Started training people outta my garage after getting tired of seeing folks waste money on fancy gyms that didn't deliver results. Had a barbell, some plates, and a dream that there's gotta be a better way to train hard without all the BS.
Stumbled onto this old warehouse space on Industrial Ave. Most people saw a rundown building. I saw raw potential. Concrete floors, exposed brick, high ceilings - perfect for the kind of training I had in mind. No mirrors, no excuses, just work.
Added the boxing ring and MMA mats after members kept asking for combat training. Brought in Sarah Martinez - former pro boxer who doesn't mess around. Our crew started growing, and I realized we were building something special here.
The pandemic hit everyone hard, but our people stuck together. Started outdoor workouts in the parking lot when we had to close. That's when I knew this wasn't just a gym anymore - it's a family that pushes each other through anything.
Started training kids and teens 'cause too many young people out there need direction and confidence. Our Youth Athletic Development program now helps dozens of kids discover what they're capable of. Best decision we ever made.
We're still in that same warehouse, still keeping it real. Over 300 members who aren't here for Instagram pics - they're here to get stronger, faster, tougher. Every day I walk in and see people transforming themselves, and that's why I do this.

Combat Sports Director
Former professional boxer with 18-2 record. Boxing & MMA coach who's trained fighters at all levels. Doesn't go easy on anyone.
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Former college football player turned strength coach. Specializes in athletic performance and making you move better. His mobility sessions are brutal but they work.
Nutrition Coach
Sports nutritionist who cuts through all the diet BS. She'll help you figure out what actually works for YOUR body and goals, not what's trendy on social media.
